3.)What are the delivery fees?
Standard delivery: HKD$300
Delivery to your doors without installation and removal of product package.
Standard delivery with in-home service: HKD$500
Delivery including installation and removal of product packaging
without you getting involved.
Important Information:
Delivery with stairs including pushing pass steep ramps or long runways will require extra charges.
HK$100 will be charged per piece for each flight of stairs
e.g.
HK$100 will be charged to lift up 1 pc 3-seater sofa to 1 flight (floor) of stairs;
HK$200 will be charged to lift up 2pcs L-shape sofa to 1 flight (floor) of stairs.
Sofa with recliner, sofa with storage or sofa bed are in exceptional case. HKD$200 will be charged per piece to lift up each flight of stairs
e.g.
HK$200 will be charged to lift up 1pc 3 seater sofa to 1 flight (floor) of stairs
HK$400 will be charged to lift up 2pcs L-shape sofa bed with storage to 1 flight (floor) of stairs.
A quotation will be given to client for acceptance before proceeding to delivery when there are more than 4 flights / floors of stairs.
Charge for other items delivered by stairs:
3ft. TO 4.5ft. Size Mattress bed frame: HK$200 per flight / floor
5ft. TO 6.5ft. Size Mattress bed frame: HK$300 per flight / floor
Dining Table (Small under 48”inch/120cm): HK$150 per flight / floor
Dining Table (Large over 48”inch/120cm) HK$250 per flight / floor
Small Objects (coffee table, stool, dining chairs): HK$100 per flight / floor
Large Objects (T.V. Cabinets, side table, cabinets): HK$200 per flight / floor

6.) Do you have Guaranty or Warranty policies?
Delivery within 3 weeks for custom-made standard items
Delivery within 4 weeks for custom-made items with special requests
Delivery within 6 weeks for special order items
If guaranty policy is breached, a gift from SofaGoodSofa will be issued to the client.

1 Year warranty on all stitch work of leather or fabric
1 Year warranty on wood frame of all sofa
2 years warranty for electric recliner motor and tracks (client’ accidental damages does not apply)
Damages of leather and fabric covers are not warranted after delivery service
Damages of dining tables and dinning chairs are not warranted after delivery service.
Damages of those special ordered items are not warranted after delivery service.

Bring our customers the best value in price without compromising the best quality. We have a “Match the Price” service. By providing us a written quotation from another retail store of the same product and we can beat that price for you. This policy applies to brand new products but not display items or clearance items.
